The financial affairs of charities can be very complex, even for smaller charities as they have to comply with Charity Law, Company Law if incorporated and specialised accounting rules mandated by the Charity Commission (Statement of Recommended Practice).  We shall be able to assist clients to comply with the unique reporting requirements that charities face.
Services which we provide include:
Completion of statutory accounts that comply with Charity Law, Company Law if applicable and the requirements of the statement of Recommended Practice issued by the Charities Commission.

Conducting a statutory audit on the accounts of charities with income in excess of £500,000.

Conducting Independent Examinations where income exceeds £25,000 and is below the audit threshold.

Assistance with compiling financial information for submission in the Charities Annual Return to the Charity Commission.
